REQUIREMENTS:
Must Enroll in FULL Semester - Sept to Aug
MUST CHOOSE A SPONSOR
Each option requires to Complete 1 or 2 fundraiser campaigns
Each option has a different Payment option

“GKOTS-10”….$10.00 p/mth
“GKOTS-20”….$20.00 p/mth
“GKOTS-25”….$25.00 p/mth
KIDS/TEENS
“REGULAR MONTHLY PAYMENTS ”
$35.00 p/mth
Pay Month to Month, Payments are due
on the 25th of current month for upcoming month.
No sponsors/fundraising commitments
Allows for up to 2 classes per week

“ ABOUT G.K.O.T.S.”
· Semester runs September to August –
Each class program is based on ONE class
per week- per style (e.i – salsa, hip hop Etc)
· Classes meet… ONCE (1) per week
“Same day & time every week” for 45 Minutes each session
…Additional Classes are $20.00 p/mth per style

EACH Student MUST pay a Registration fee of $20.00 @ time of registration
·
All Students MUST pay an absent Deposit fee of $20.00 @ time of registration.
Students will be charged $5.00 per absence /Lateness past 5 minutes after class start time.
Students with 3 absences will be dropped from program without a refund for monies paid.
If dropped from a sponsored program,you must reinstate as a regular tuition student and complete
1 full semester before you can re-qualify for FREE program.

Awards are given @ end of the year show for Attendance, Progress, Participation,
Growth, Academics, Showmanship, Uniform & more.

All students are required to WEAR uniform to all classes, Buy their performance costumes
and proper dance shoes as required for classes & shows.
· There are NO refunds due to drop outs/ withdrawals or discharges of any
monies paid for tuition, events, costumes, etc.

If a class is cancelled a make-up will be scheduled or the next few classes will be more
intense to make up material, this is determined @ the discretion of the Artistic Director and
the Particular’s Class progress. “this includes Holidays, company trips, etc)

No parents are allowed in class/studio while classes are in session

Regular Class Monthly Fees Due the 25 of the month for
upcoming month

OPEN CLASS CARDS - can be used on All level
non cycle classes, specialty classes,
sunday workshops ONLY

STUDIO POLICIES
ALL students MUST pay a One-time Registration
fee of $20.00 @ time of registration
Timely arrival and consistent attendance is
encouraged to avoid repeating cycles and
insure learning progress.
There are no refunds for missed classes,
drop outs, etc. All payments are final.
Cancelled classes will be scheduled @
the discretion of the Artistic Director
Proper/Comfortable dance attire & Shoes
are encouraged @ all times.

NOTE: Please have more than one day and several times in
mind in order to accommodate your request to best fit
both yours and the instructor's schedule.

$90.00 - for 3 - 5 people
$20.00 per person - 6 -9 people

PRIVATES RESTRICTIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
* No registration fee
* 50% deposit needed @ time of appointment

* Deposit is credited to your balance at time of full payment
* $15 cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled sessions.
* Rescheduling is allowed - $15.00 cancellation fee will be applied
